I have found that more often than not, this crazy yet beautiful life is so difficult to express with words. When I am struck speechless, the only thing that I can do is paint, letting the brush strokes, colors, and shapes declare what I cannot. I often choose to use plants as a metaphor for the pain, joy, agony, and thrill of living on this planet. These paintings are my voice. I hope they can speak to you, and for you, also.
